6. Order Acceptance
When you submit your personal information, payment details, and place an order, the Company will send an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only acknowledges receipt and does not constitute order acceptance.
Your order is formally accepted, and a binding contract between you and the Company is formed, only when the Company sends an email confirming that the goods have been shipped. Only the items listed in this shipping confirmation email are included in the contract.
The Company reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason, including but not limited to:a) The ordered item is out of stock, fails to meet quality standards, or is withdrawn due to shipping restrictions;b) Incorrect pricing or product description is identified;c) Payment authorization cannot be obtained;d) You do not meet the purchase eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

7. Delivery and Pickup
When placing an order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. The Company will endeavor to deliver within this timeframe but cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
Each order is insured during shipment until delivered or picked up.
You must sign a delivery confirmation upon receiving the goods. After signing, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
If the picker is not the original purchaser, or the item is a gift, your acceptance of the picker’s signature as proof of delivery confirms order completion and responsibility transfer.
The Company reserves the right to update its delivery policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
8. Returns
To provide you with the best online shopping experience, the Company offers a free, no-questions-asked return policy. You may return items for a full refund if unsatisfied for any reason, subject to the following:a) Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase;b) Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn/ unused, in undamaged original packaging (boxes/bags), with all swing tickets intact.
To return an item:
Fill out the return form included with your delivery.
Return the form along with the item in its original packaging.
If you lose the form, contact customer service to receive a copy via email.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Liability
Opinions expressed by designers, companies, third parties, or their affiliates (who sell products on the Website) to any media are their personal views. The Company is not liable for such opinions, and they do not necessarily reflect the Company’s views.
The Company does not warrant that the Website or Services are error-free, or that the Website or its supporting servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We recommend all users install the latest software, including antivirus programs.
For events beyond the Company’s reasonable control (e.g., bad weather), the Company will endeavor to maintain Services but shall not be liable for any failure to meet these Terms.
